sick&tired

i've been really sick lately, so i didn't go to school today. I also havent really slept since i arrived in Belgium. i am lost here. I wish i was still a little kid and when i stayed home sick my mom would sit by my side all day. Sadly, im over 5000 miles away from my mommy. : (

school is tough, really tough. and my sad homesick feeling never really goes away, but with my cool weekends, they should. this weekend i went to a bar with friends, did some shopping in France, went to this cool night game thing outside of belgium, and got to speak some english with two other americans along the way.

Positives

i don't have a very positive outlook on my exchane yet, and my family has been telling me to change that, so i'm trying. I'll list positive things happening each day, well try too.

Monday: P.E. in school
Tuesday: Rotary meetings every other week
Wednesday: short day of school, usually hang with other exchagne students
Thursday:Talk to Hillary on Skype
Friday: start of the weekend, go out with friends
Saturday: No school
Sunday:Talk to my parents on skype : )

more positive i guess. Too bad i am so homesick.

Livin' for the weekends

school couldn't be more boring. I really believe that i have never been so bored in my life. From 8:00am-4:00pm i am in classes. That is way to long for me, luckily wednesdays only go till noon, and no one has school on saturday or sunday, the weekend.

so far in Belgium my weekends have been packed. Hanging out with other exchange students and kids from my school at this bar, crazy i know, and hikinf through a forest in the rain with my host family. For brief moments during the weekend i don't miss home, but i thinki'll always be homesick.

I miss home alot.

So far....

So far i have rash on my arms and face. My host father took me to the pharmacy and they said it was from major stress and anxiety. Big surprise. Now i am taking funny pills to get rid of the rash and such.

I have been to school , a school in which they forgot to register me for classes. currently i go to classes with nice blegian kids i mee that invite me along. I have now real schedule.

i have eaten lots of meat for dinner. nothing but meat actually, not so good for the used to be vegetarian.

I miss home alot, all is well though.
